Hummus with Olives and Walnuts
Here's a quick fix idea for any party. What could be easier than adding a topping to store-bought hummus?
Ingredients: 1 (10 ounce package Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus
1/4 cup coarsely chopped Kalamata olives
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped toasted walnuts
See the garlic topping that comes with the hummus? Stir it into the hummus and place the hummus in a serving bowl. Mix olives, oil, and balsamic in a small bowl. Carefully place the mixture into the middle of the hummus. Top with walnuts. That's it!
Serve with vegetables or whole grain pita bread that has been toasted and cut into wedges with a pizza cutter.
