Paradise Delight
We offered up a contest to name this smoothie. The prize? a virtual hug from Katie and Barb, the winner’s name on a billboard, and a trip to Paris. (Really, just the first one.) Our lucky winner: our faithful reader and Facebook friend, Jill K.

½ cup frozen pineapple (about 10 chunks)
1 cup unsweetened apple juice ½ cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks (no need to remove seeds) 1 large apple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks 2 sticks celery, cut into chunks juice of 1 lime Add all ingredients to blender and whiz until smooth. Garnish with lime slice and pineapple chunk. |
