Whole Grain Tortillas*
1 can Refried Beans**
1 Tomato, cut into strips
1 Avocado, sliced
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Faux Sour Cream
Slice Tomato and Avocado. Spoon about 2 Tbsp Black Beans onto each tortilla. Add veggies and cheese. Wrap, slice, and enjoy! Serve with faux sour cream for dipping, and fresh fruit.
Health check: Not all "wheat" tortillas are created equal. Look for tortillas with "Whole Wheat Flour" as the first ingredient. Try to avoid "Enriched White Flour." As always, go for the product with the shortest list of ingredients.
