Salmon Cakes
2-2.5 packets Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon
1 egg ¼ cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard black pepper to taste 1 slice multi-grain bread 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon butter lime wedges Empty packets of salmon into a mixing bowl and flake with a fork. Add egg, onion, mustard and pepper.Set aside.Tear bread into pieces and add to food processor until crumbs are formed. Add crumbs to the mix. Form 4 large or 6 small patties. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillets over low heat. Brown patties on both sides. Serve with lime. |
